- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I came to this tax perparer after reading google reviews. I am disability recipient, O'Connor deny me services. When I came to her office and opened the door after knocking and being told to come in. There was no other customers in her office.This woman just stared at me not saying anything, no "can I help you" or anything. So, after waiting for almost a minute, for her to acknowledge my presence, the whole time she is staring at me with an annoyed look on her face. I told her that I was there to have my taxes looked at. She then told me that I should go to H&R Block or Liberty Tax, and that she would not help me. I then went downstairs to Nagel & Padilla LLC and was told that they wouldn't help me either.By Alienated Consumer, January 28, 2018
